There will be a variety of options for football fans in Canada to follow this sport's most relevant tournament of the year.

Football in Canada keeps gathering attention from fans, and that's precisely the reason for one of the most compelling tournaments in the world to keep them nailed to their TVs. The World Cup is just around the corner, and Canadian fans will have a chance to follow the competition both at home or on the go.

Being a country with two official languages, fans in Canada will have a number of options to get a hold of the beautiful game in English or in French. Let's take a deeper look into that so they can decide which option is better for them to watch the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

Furthermore, their website (ctv.ca) will stream 24 World Cup games this summer. Their mobile app will also give fans a chance to follow games on the go, with fans also being treated to pre and post-match commentary for each one of the 64 games.

RDS

French-speaking users will be able to follow all 64 games of the competition on RDS and its sister channels. RDS will stream all 64 games on their website, and their mobile app will give fans a chance to follow the games while away from home.

World Cup streaming in English

TSN and CTV will provide joint coverage of the competition. TSN will broadcast all the games via their website both live and on demand. CTV will air 24 games, and those matches will be available to view both live or later in the day, thanks to the site's on-demand feature.
