Mexico's boss will cut four players from his current squad after Saturday's clash against the Tartan Army.

The Mexican National Team will have its second warmup match ahead of the FIFA World Cup. This time, the Scottish National Team will try to give El Tri a headache at Estadio Azteca.

Juan Carlos Osorio's team will try to give their fans some assurance ahead of the big tournament, especially since their recent outings have seen them go 180 minutes without scoring a goal. This week, Mexico's boss made some headlines, as reports stated that El Tri has used 46 different lineups under their Colombian boss, a record-breaking number when it comes to National Teams.

This will be Mexico's sixth friendly of the year. Osorio and Co. have earned three wins, one draw and one loss prior to Saturday's clash.

Regarding their opponent, the Tartan Army will not present their best possible squad, as coach Alex McLeish revealed his concerns on how their American tour would develop without their finest players. This was caused due to some teams' refusal to lend their best players for Scotland's games against Perú (a game they lost 2-0) and Mexico. Striker Matt Phillips is a late call up for this team, following Matt Richie's injury against Perú on Tuesday.

This game will also serve as Estadio Azteca's birthday celebration. The legendary venue celebrated the 52nd anniversary of its first game on May 29, which will give fans something else to celebrate in one of the world of football's most iconic stadiums.

Did you know...? This will be the first meeting between Mexico and Scotland's senior teams, both friendly or competitive.
