The Chilean midfielder has been included in the list of players Niko Kovac wants to negotiate.

Bayern München's season ended in disappointment, as the team failed to win the DFB Pokal against Eintracht Frankfurt, a team then coached by current Die Roten coach Niko Kovac.

Now, as the Croatian boss prepares to take center-stage as new Bayern boss, a list of negotiable players has emerged. Some big names have been included in that list, such as Jerome Boateng, Thiago Alcántara and Juan Bernat, but the one that really stands out is none other than Arturo Vidal.

The 31-year-old midfielder wasn't able to cement himself as one of the team's major assets, especially due to his knee problems that prevented him from playing the UEFA Champions League semi-finals.

Considering that the South American player still has some market value, Bayern execs have listened to their coach's desires, and will try to negotiate Vidal to the highest bidder, according to a report by Calciomercato.

Vidal, who made a name for himself while playing for Juventus, has been linked with a move back to Italy, with La Vecchia Signora, Inter and Napoli being his potential destinations.

The Chilean was one of Juventus' best players during the 2014-15 campaign, which saw them reach the UEFA Champions League final.

Nevertheless, Vidal's return to La Vecchia Signora is not guaranteed, as the team is looking to strengthen other positions. With that in mind, Napoli would be his preferred destination, especially since he would re-unite with former Bayern boss, Carlo Ancelotti.
