Following Thomas Tuchel's appointment as boss, the team's hierarchy will try to keep their star man happy by signing marquee players.

With Neymar's future still on hold due to the massive amount of rumors surrounding him, PSG execs want to make sure they provide him with the right players, so he lives up to his hefty deal with Les Parisiens.

In order to secure the Brazilian's presence at the French capital for a second season, team president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has started talks to sign three players that should help the team in their efforts to win the UEFA Champions League title, with Neymar as their leader.

According to Spanish publication Don Balón, the Qatari-born exec is close to secure Gianluigi Buffon's signing, as he offered the Italian shot-stopper a two-year deal in order to keep his dream of winning the European trophy alive.

The next player being considered by Al-Khelaifi is none other than Karim Benzema. The current Real Madrid player will certainly leave Los Blancos after an abysmal season in front of goal, but his skills could fit like a glove as PSG's striker, providing enough chances for Kylian Mbappé and Neymar in front of goal.

The last transfer Al-Khelaifi will tackle before the World Cup will be that of Samuel Umtiti. The French footballer has demanded a wage increase from Barcelona's execs, but the team's hierarchy is still unconvinced about it, forcing the player to search for other employment opportunities. Umtiti is also being followed closely by Manchester United, with Jose Mourinho pushing hard to land the Frenche center back.

Out of these three signings, Umtiti's seems to be the hardest for PSG, considering that the relationship between Les Parisiens and Los Blaugranas' execs was deeply damaged after Neymar's transfer saga last summer. It would be curious, to say the least, if yet another transfer away from Barcelona eases Neymar's supposed wishes to leave the club.
