The former Real Madrid and Bayern boss has already made up his mind on who will be his assistant.

Almost every major team has already signed a coach -if they needed one- and Napoli did just that today, after unveiling Carlo Ancelotti in the cheekiest manner.

The former Real Madrid and Bayern boss will join the Partenopei on a three-year deal, hoping to put an end to Juventus' dominance in the Italian top flight.

According to sources close to the negotiation, Ancelotti has already made two requests: he wants Andrea Pirlo to join him as his assistant, and he wants the team's first signing to be none other than Arturo Vidal, who he signed as Bayern's coach two years ago.

Here's how Napoli unveiled their new coach, and Ancelotti's first words after signing the deal.

"I feel truly happy and honored to be coach of a team that represents a unique city and fanbase. Forza Napoli forever!"

Ancelotti's signing clears the path for Maurizio Sarri's appointment as Chelsea's boss, following speculation about his future. The departing Napoli boss had been tempted by Roman Abramovich for a few weeks, and now, everything seems to be in place for him to take over the Blues' coaching duties, where he'll replace Antonio Conte.
