The Spanish center back shared his views on his opponent and how Los Blancos' European pedigree could play a major role in the game's outcome.

Facing Mohamed Salah in the UEFA Champions League final doesn't seem to make Sergio Ramos worried. Real Madrid's Spanish captain shared his views on the upcoming clash, where Los Blancos will try to win an unprecedented three-peat in the European competition under this format.

Even if some see Liverpool and their Egyptian goalscoring threat, Ramos believes that the team's hiearchy in Europe will play a key role in the outcome of this game.

"We can't be arrogant but we can be confident. We know it's in Real Madrid's DNA to win the Champions League. We know as a team how to play finals, and we will be ready," Ramos told The Mirror.

The Spaniard hasn't been able to dominate inside the opponents' box with his well-timed headers like he did in previous years.

Ramos referred to how Liverpool's arrival to the title-deciding match might have been a surprise to some, but even so, the Spanish capital giants can't allow to lay back against a more than capable opponent.

"With all respect, maybe at the start of the campaign Liverpool were not the team people thought would be in the final. But they are here because they deserve to be here," the Spanish defender added.

Mohamed Salah is seen by many as the biggest threat for Real Madrid's three-peat chances. According to Ramos, there are more players in Liverpool's squad to look after.

"We have seen what Salah can do this season, but he will just be one of eleven Liverpool players we will be facing. Throughout my career, I've faced some of the best strikers, and many of them are considered among the greatest ever. For me, there's never fear. Respect, yes, but never fear," Ramos concluded.
