The Chilean ace also trolled Cristiano, with Bayern Munich eventually being knocked out from the Champions League by Los Blancos.

Bayern Munich suffered a familiar fate in the Champions League this season, one they know all too well. The German giant, who was one of the favorites to lift the title, was knocked out by Real Madrid the second year running.

After losing 2-1 at home despite dominating most parts of the game, the Bundesliga champion also could not convert their many opportunities in the second leg. As a result, they drew 2-2 and thus crashed out due to the 4-3 aggregate scoreline.

There were a number of reasons for the Bavarians exit, one being their misfortune in front of goal. There were also the individual mistakes – Rafinha’s from the first leg and Ulreich’s blunder at the Bernabeu. Vidal, however, could not help but rage at one factor: Bayern Munich’s denied penalties.

Heynckes’ men were robbed of a first-half spot-kick when the referee failed to spot Marcelo’s handball inside Blancos’ penalty box late in the first half. The away side also felt they should have been awarded another penalty when Ramos brought down Lewandowski in the box.

Vidal, who missed both legs due to an injury, labeled the reigning Champions League holder as “rats” after they booked their spot in the final. In a separate Instagram story, he wrote: “Once again!!! Criminal s***”

One can easily conclude that the Chilean is not a fan of Real Madrid or their star man, Cristiano Ronaldo. In a pre-game poster posted by Bleacher Report hyping the game, the former Juventus midfielder replaced the Portuguese star’s face for a poo emoji.
