Tottenham is yet to host Watford in the Premier League, but that game aside, round 36 is pretty much over. All but one of the 10 games were played over the weekend, as the English top-flight season draws closer to an end.
In probably the most anticipated game, Man United hosted Arsenal in the latter of Sunday’s two fixtures. All eyes were on
Arsene Wenger, as this would be his final trip to Old Trafford, with the Frenchman’s side losing 2-1. Man City continued racking up the points courtesy of a 4-1 win at West Ham while Liverpool was held to a goalless draw by Stoke.
Chelsea beat Swansea 1-0 to move within two points of fourth-placed Spurs, but has played an extra match. Here are the standout stats from the weekend action.
Arsenal sets an awful feat
It is well known that Arsenal has not win a single away game in 2018. No club in England has performed as badly as the Gunners when away from home. The 2-1 loss at Old Trafford only made things worse.
6 - Arsenal have lost six consecutive away league games in the top-flight for the first time since a run of seven in January 1966. Woe.
