With Sevilla pressing higher than usual in the night’s encounter, there was very little that Barcelona could do with their all-round passing and possession football. Nevertheless, a moment of genius and quick-thinking by Jasper Cillessen set the Blaugrana off to a flying start.
A long ball from the shot-stopper found its way beyond almost all the Sevilla players and was subsequently chased down by Philippe Coutinho. The Brazilian found his way into the penalty box and put in a low-ball across for Luis Suarez who made no error of the chance.
The build-up to the goal which was one of sheer brilliance in a match of this magnitude has since caused ripples of positive appraisal on social media. Check out the goal in the video below:

What a ball that is from Barcelona and Holland goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen for Coutinho to run onto. With your goalkeeper having such distribution abilities, pressing high up is never going to go the way you want it to. pic.twitter.com/Oyc2lpD3id

Amazing by Cillessen! To have a goalkeeper that can do that is fantastic. To have a second-choice goalkeeper who can do that is incredible!!
