Barcelona may have crashed out of the Champions League in disappointing fashion, but the league and cup double are within touching distance. The first of those two trophies, the Copa del Rey, will be up for grabs on Saturday when the Blaugrana lock horns with Sevilla.
While the Catalan giant is the most successful side in this tournament, nothing can be taken for granted against the Andalusian club. Having knocked out Man United from the Champions League, they are not a side to be underestimated.
Fortunately, Valverde can welcome back a number of key players to the starting lineup. Having rested the likes of Pique, Alba, Umtiti, Busquets, Iniesta, Suarez, and Messi; all will likely be recalled to the lineup.
A breather was what those players have needed. Valverde’s men have been exhibiting fatigue in their recent games but should be fresh for the weekend final.
