Arsenal's coach had something to say about the players that will be available for Sunday's tie against Manchester City, and it's not all good news for Gunners' fans.
Le Prof spoke about Mesut Özil's health issues that prevented him from playing in the second leg of the Europa League Round of 16 match against Ostersunds, and while the German footballer was back in training, he may not feature in the team's starting lineup.
"We will see how he responds to today's session, he absorbed yesterday's session well. But I think he will be alright. You want all your best players available and he is an important player for us," Wenger said.
The same issue came when asked about Aaron Ramsey, who could be fit to play after struggling with a groin problem.
"I have to make a decision on Aaron Ramsey on Saturday and he hopes to be available but he has another fitness test today," Wenger added.
Özil and Ramsey have only played one game each in the League Cup this season, but being two of Arsenal's best players, it makes sense for Wenger to want to have them around. Le Prof will also try to win the League Cup title for the very first time, especially since it's been the only trophy that he hasn't been able to win as Arsenal's boss in over 20 years.
