The Polish striker had reportedly offered his services to the Spanish giants, but the goalscorer denied any intention to leave Bayern Munich

Polish striker Robert Lewandowski has had enough of all the talk about his possible transfer to Real Madrid.

Yesterday, a report by Marca stated that "Lewa", currently the Bundesliga's top scorer and the object of Florentino Pérez's desire for some time, had offered himself to Real Madrid to "fulfill his dream of playing for Los Blancos." Today, the player admitted being fed up by such rumors, killing all possibilites of such a transfer taking place in the near future.

"I've been here before. Every year we hear the same rumors. I'm not interested in clarifying any information of the sort," Lewandowski told German magazine Kicker.

The initial report by the Spanish journal even revealed that it was Lewandowski's agent who contacted Real Madrid's hierarchy, something that the Polish striker denied in the interview.

Lewandowski's contract at Bayern Munich ends with the 2020-21 season. If he intended to leave Bayern, he'd have to ask the team to start negotiations with Real Madrid, something that seems far fetched at the moment.
