He still needs three goals to join the 100-goal club in UEFA Champions League games, but Lionel Messi has already broken the 100-goal mark in European competitions with his goal against Olympiakos.
In a game where Barcelona were having some problems after Pique's red card, Messi put everyone to rest when he sent the ball to the back of the net via a free kick. Olympiakos' goalie put a hand to the ball, but he failed in his effort to keep it out.
Here's a complete breakdown of Messi's 100 goals in European competitions.
