Bale ends drought with massive golazo

Bale ends goal scoring drought in UCL games with stunner

September 26, 2017 By Oscar Rojas
The Welsh striker has made a habit out of scoring goals away from home, and what a shot he drilled into the back of the net today.

Gareth Bale may not be enjoying the best of seasons since he joined Real Madrid, but he is surely producing some interesting goals away from home.

The Welshman gave Los Blancos the lead against Borussia Dortmund with a massive volley, following a great assist by Dani Carvajal. It had been almost a year since his last UCLgoal, considering his previous shot to the back of the net came on November, 2016.

If Real Madrid fans had doubts about Bale's contribution to the team, these numbers might give them reason to stop booing him when he plays at home.
