Team news

Victory is key, but both teams’ odds of winning are under attack by injuries. Zidane’s men travel to Germany in search of their first Signal Iduna Park triumph, but will be without two key players: Karim Benzema and Marcelo.

The French striker and Brazilian full-back will both miss the trip due to muscular injury. They are not the only absentees, as Theo Hernandez (shoulder) and Mateo Kovacic (adductor) are also tipped to miss Match day 2 in the Champions League.

This game comes too soon for Marco Reus, as the Borussia Dortmund ace remains on the sidelines with a ruptured cruciate ligament. Left-back Raphael Guerreiro and Andre Schurrle are another two absentees for the hosts.
