Chelsea aiming to get back to winning ways

Chelsea

Chelsea have had a rough start to the season thus far. The Blues took an early lead against Arsenal in the FA Community Shield, only to throw it away after Pedro was sent off and see their dreams of clinching the first trophy of the season evaporate. The Gunners not only snatched an equalizer, but defeated Chelsea on penalties, and now, Antonio Conte's side will be looking to get back on track in their first home match of the season.

Chelsea will be missing a few players due to injury and suspension, however. Victor Moses was sent off during the FA Cup final and so is banned for this game. New signing Tiemoue Bakayoko is still recovering from surgery and will not be fit for the next couple of weeks. Eden Hazard is still continuing his recovery process from a broken ankle, whilst Pedro is also set to miss out on this fixture. Moses' absence means that new signing Antonio Rudiger, brought in from Roma, could be handed his first full debut in the center of defense, whilst Conte has claimed that Michy Batshuayi could be given the starting nod ahead of Alvaro Morata as the Spaniard has not yet fully gotten up to speed with Conte's style of play. However, that could certainly change ahead of Saturday's fixture.

Burnley

As for Burnley, they have had two key men depart. Michael Keane has moved on to Everton, whilst Andre Gray has signed for Watford, and manager Sean Dyche will have to figure out a way to make do without them. The Clarets had a solid enough season, albeit not thanks to their road performances, where they won just one game. Without these two key players, they will certainly struggle even more - especially considering they have not done well on opening day in the Premier League.
