Benfica's transfer moves - who's in and who's out? And where will Benfica be playing their pre-season fixtures?

Reportedly, veteran defender Luisão's knee injury looks likely to keep the Brazilian out of Benfica's pre-season tour in Switzerland. Meanwhile, Arsenal starlet Chris Willock, who signed a five year deal on June 30th could play his part in the team's pre-season preparations.

The club have lost two key players, with 23-year-old Brazilian shot-stopper Ederson moving to Manchester City in a reported €40 million deal, whilst 22-year-old Swedish defender Victor Lindelöf made a €35 million move to Manchester United.

In terms of pre-season, Benfica's first task will be the Swiss-based Uhrencup, which was won in 2016 by Galatasaray. Their first stop will be the Stadion Brühl in Grenchen, followed by a trip to the Tissot Arena in Biel. Then, after a return to Portugal's Estádio Algarve, it's off to the famed Emirates Stadium for the annual Emirates Cup at the end of this month.
