Although nothing is official, the Red Devils have reportedly already agreed on a deal for the Spaniard.

Alvaro Morata appears destined to arrive at Man United. The Real Madrid striker is seeking another Santiago Bernabeu exit after struggling with playing time in his second spell with the Madrid giants.

Reports emerged on Friday stating that the Spaniard has already informed Los Blancos of his desire to leave. Furthermore, he made aware the Champions League holders of his preferred destination – Old Trafford.

The player had reportedly already agreed personal terms with the Premier League giants, with only a transfer fee yet to be reached. That was Friday; Saturday has brought even better details.

Man United are believed to have agreed on a transfer fee with Real Madrid. This is according to Onda Cero (as per the Metro), claiming that Morata will head to Manchester after Sunday’s World Cup qualifier vs Macedonia.

The Spanish radio reports that the 24-year-old will cost Man United €73m. Richard Keys, a senior anchor at beIN Sports, writes that the player will be offered a four-year deal but at a cheaper €70m.

If completed, Morata will become Mourinho’s first signing of the current summer transfer window. The Special One is eager to bolster his attack for next season, having released top-scorer Zlatan Ibrahimovic who is out with injury until next year.
