The Italian champions are already thinking about next season, and landing this midfielder would boost their chances of a seven straight Serie A title.

One more historical Barcelona player could be leaving the club this summer, as Andrés Iniesta will be tempted to join Dani Alves with Serie A champions Juventus.

According to Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera, the Spanish midfielder is yet to decide his future with Los Blaugranas, following a disappointing season that saw them lose La Liga against Real Madrid and eliminated from the UEFA Champions League title race by Juventus in the Quarter-final stage.

The 33-year old midfielder only played 36 matches in all competitions for Los Blaugranas, especially due to a number of injuries. Whenever he was fit, coach Luis Enrique chose to line up André Gomes or Ivan Rakitic instead, giving the historical player a substitute role despite claims from fans and experts.

Iniesta's future could be sorted out after May 29, as Barcelona is set to unveil their new coach after the Copa del Rey final taking place on Sunday. Aside from his heroics with La Roja, Iniesta has won 29 trophies with the Catalan side, including four UEFA Champions League titles.
