The French striker will be one of the most desired players in the upcoming transfer window, but the recently crowned Ligue 1 champions don't seem ready to sell.

Kylian Mbappe's future has been in the middle of controversy since his rise to stardom this season. But one thing's for certain: he will not be joining Liverpool this summer.

According to a report by Marca, the French champions have snubbed the first official bid for Mbappe's services, which came from the Reds' headquarters. The Spanish newspaper claims that Liverpool's bid reached €75M, an amount that's considered low by the French side.

Sources close to this negotiation stated that Mbappé is still being considered as a key element for Monaco beyond this season, and their first thought is to keep the striker around for at least one more year. In fact, the only way for Mbappé to leave Monaco this summer would be if a team comes up with more than €100M to lure the player away.
