Chelsea can be crowned league champions with a win v West Brom, whilst Arsenal and Man City face tricky Saturday ties.

Action returns to the Premier League, with round 37 of the English to-flight kicking off on Friday. Two games will be played on the 12th and will continue until Sunday – followed by midweek games.

Everton v Watford will be the first game, but the highly-anticipated one will be Friday’s clash between West Brom and Chelsea. With Tottenham losing in the last round, the Blues will be able to officially clinch the league title with a win against the Baggies.

On Saturday, Man City will face a tricky opponent in the form of Leicester. The Citizens lost to the Foxes in last season’s Etihad stadium meeting, but this affair could go both ways.

Later on that same day, Arsenal will travel to Stoke City. This will be a crucial tie, as the Gunners know they must win their remaining games and hope for their rivals to slip-up in order to qualify for the Champions League.

There will be two more exciting games on Sunday. First, Liverpool travel to West Ham. Should the Reds fail to win, and Arsenal triumph the day before, Klopp’s men will be in danger of missing out on a top-four finish.

Also on Sunday, Tottenham host Man United in their final game at White Hart Lane. Spurs can finish the season unbeaten at home before moving to their new ground, but will face a side high on confidence from making the Europa League final.
