Shot-stopper Nahuel Guzman failed to clear a long-distance shot by Hirving Lozano, leaving the loose ball for Franco Jara's game-winning goal

Pachuca will make it to a fifth FIFA Club World Cup after winning against Tigres, but they have the opposing goalkeeper to thank.

Goalkeeper Nahuel Guzman, one of the most reliable players for Tigres, failed to clear a long shot during the final minutes of the game. Franco Jara didn't miss the chance and sent the ball into the back of the net. With that goal, Tigres needed to score twice in five minutes to win the CONCACAF Champions League title, but their goalie will have to live with the embarrassment of granting Los Tuzos the title.

Have a look at Guzman's blunder

Pachuca will return to the FIFA Club World Cup after a seven-year hiatus. Their last performance in the competition came in 2010. On the other hand, Tigres lost a second straight CONCACAF Champions League final, following their loss against Club América last year.
