Manchester United will hand Jesse Lingard a new four-year deal, the club has confirmed. The 24-year-old is a product of the Manchester United academy, and has been at the club since 2000.
He has played 70 games for the red devils and scored 11 goals in all competitions. However, the England international has also been met with a lot of criticism by the clubs fans, most recently during the club's 1-1 draw with Everton in the Premier League.
The reports claim that he will earn approximately £100,000 when he pens the new deal to overwrite the current one, which ends in 2018. He currently earns £25,000 a week.
