The course of the game could have been affected if the referee had awarded Les Parisiens a penalty after Luis Suárez's opening goal.

Barcelona scored a couple of goals during the first half of the game against PSG, but things could have been a lot different if a blatant handball was awarded for PSG as a penalty kick.

Once again, Javier Mascherano got away with an infraction inside Los Blaugranas' box, as he stopped Draxler's cross from finding Cavani with his left arm. The German wingman and the rest of his team-mates protested, but referee Deniz Aytekin refused to award Les Parisiens the spot kick.
