USA and Germany kicked off their their SheBelieves Cup campaign with the right footing.
SheBelieves Cup hosts USA opened their account in the tournament with a 1-0 win over Olympic champions Germany at the Talen Energy Stadium in Chester, Pennsylvania. The lone goal of the match was scored by USWNT's Lynn Williams. The hosts will now play England on March 4 at the Red Bull Arena in Harrison, New Jersey.
