Speaking to the press after Manchester United’s comfortable win over St. Etienne, Zlatan Ibrahimovic was in an excellent mood, and rightly so. The Red Devils have one foot in the next round of the Europa League, but it was an even more memorable night on a personal level for the Swede.
He scored his first hat-trick for the Premier League giants, taking his tally to 73 goals in all competitions since the start of last season, a tally that only Luis Suarez bests.
The 35-year-old spoke after the final whistle, and he made the most Zlatan-esque comparison about himself. Talking about his success, he likened himself to one of Hollywood’s most iconic film characters: Indiana Jones.
