Once again, comments by Michael Owen infuriated football fans all around the world.
Trying to be cheeky, the former English striker made fun of Ronaldo's physical appearance, as both of them were invited by Real Madrid to witness Cristiano Ronaldo's offering of his 4th Ballon D'Or to Real Madrid's supporters.
Following the ceremony, Owen revealed he had to feel better for his current shape after joining R9 on the pitch.

What may come as a surprise, is that Owen knows about Ronaldo's problems with his thyroid gland, which makes him put on more weight than he would like to, which make his comments rather disrespectful.
