The French superstar would like to live in the United States, especially because he could get to watch NBA games frequently.

Football fans in the U.S. may have the chance to watch one of this century's best players still in his prime, as Antoine Griezmann has stated his desire to join an MLS side in the near future.

Speaking to France Football, the talented Atlético Madrid footballer admitted he would like to play in the United States, since it would give him the chance to watch basketball games, a sport he is quite fond of.

"I love the U.S., I'd like to purchase season tickets for an NBA franchise and take my kids to watch them. I see me doing that in the next few years," Griezmann told France Football.

Griezmann has also been linked with a move to Manchester United, following claims about wanting to play alongside Paul Pogba.

In fact, Griezmann went on further and revealed his desire to play for David Beckham's MLS team, which is set to make its debut in 2017.

"I still don't know in which city I'd like to play, but if I could have a choice, I'd love to play for David Beckham's franchise. It would be a dream come true to play under his command," the Frenchman added.
