Arsenal worse at bottling it this season
If you’re an Arsenal fan, this was definitely a bad week. Losing 2-1 to both Everton and Man City in one week despite taking the lead in both matches saw them drop to fourth. And then there was that thing about the Champions League draw.
The Gunners also bottled it against Liverpool, losing 4-3 despite taking the lead. That means three times they have lost a game from a leading position, one more than they did in the entire 15/16 season.
