The Spanish boss spoke today in a controversial press conference, asking fans to understand Rooney's antics at a party last weekend.

As interesting as it may seem, it's other team's manager who are coming out to show their support to Wayne Rooney.

Following the English captain's antics on International Break, where he crashed a wedding and ended up visibly drunk, Jürgen Klopp stepped up and downplayed the effect of Rooney's actions. Today, Pep Guardiola added himself to Wayne's supporters, admitting he used to go out and have some fun when he was a player, including when he was called up to play for Spain.

Today, the English striker returned to Manchester United's training grounds, erasing any doubts about his fitness ahead of the crucial clash against Arsenal. Meanwhile, Guardiola & Co. will try to climb back to the top of the EPL when they meet against Crystal Palace.
