Hold your breaths, Chelsea fans!

Belgium and Chelsea star Eden Hazard limped off the pitch with 20 minutes to go in Belgium’s 8-1 mauling of Estonia on Sunday. He had scored the third goal for the Red Devils with a powerful shot but was later replaced by Kevin Mirallas upon his own personal request. This was his eighth goal in his last nine games for club and country this season. Regarding the suspected injury, the the Daily Mirror quotes Belgium manager Roberto Martinez as saying:

"Eden Hazard has no injury, but received a kick on the calf.’’Hazard injury

But despite the assurance from the former Everton manager, Chelsea boss Antonio Conte will be a worried man considering the fact that Hazard has been one of the best performing players in his squad this season. The speedy winger has already scored seven goals and provided one assist in 11 league appearances for the 2014/15 Premier League champions, a clear indication of his huge role at the Bridge in the Blues’ title challenge.

Here's how Twitter reacted to Hazard's injury scare
