Once again, Cristiano proved he is not as arrogant as people may think, as he sent an autographed jersey with a supporting message to Edu Ferreira, a 19-year old striker who revealed he's fighting cancer this week.
The Portuguese National Team showed the precise moment when CR7 signed the jersey via their Twitter feed. In the message he wrote on the jersey, Cristiano Ronaldo asked Ferreira "to be strong", hoping he can defeat his illness.

Ferreira had signed his first professional contract with Boavista earlier this year, and was expected to develop his talent in years to come. The club has announced that there will be a open bank account for donations, and regardless of the outcome, Ferreira's two-year contract with the club will be respected.
