The French striker has been linked to a move away from Atlético Madrid, and he added fuel to the rumor mill with his recent remarks.

If this isn't taken as a call to action by Manchester United's execs, we don't know what else Griezmann can do to make his intentions clearer.

Speaking in an interview with Sky Sports, the French striker practically admitted he wanted to play for Manchester United. Atlético Madrid's superstar revealed that he has a "well-placed source" that tells him everything he needs to know about the Red Devils and their coach, Jose Mourinho.

"I always ask Paul Pogba about Manchester United. I think they are a huge club with a really good infrastructure. I ask Paul about some of the players, and if they're really that good, or if Jose Mourinho is really that good," Griezmann stated.

If that wasn't enough, the French ace spoke about some rumors linking him to a transfer away from the Vicente Calderón Stadium, and even though he ruled out a move in the near future, Griezmann went out on the open to reveal his desire to play alongside his friend on a weekly basis.

"You hear a lot of things about Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain but right now I don't see me moving to a new club. But it would be awesome to play alongside Paul one day,"Griezmann added.

The French superstars guided Les Bleus to the second place of the recently concluded UEFA Euro 2016. Although Pogba wasn't as shiny as expected, Griezmann's performance cemented his reputation as one of the best players in Europe, which included winning the tournament's Golden Boot with six goals.
