After registering two straight draws in the Bundesliga against Koln and Frankfurt, Bayern will want to bounce back with a win especially due to the fact that they beat Dutch giants PSV 4-1 in the Champions League in midweek. Gladbach also won 2-0 against Celtic in the Champions League in midweek and are expected to be a thorn in the flesh of Carlo Ancelotti’s defence. Although Bayern are expected to dominate the proceedings, they may find it difficult to get all three points here.
