Ronaldinho is back at the Nou Camp to reunite with his former club Barcelona.

Brazilian football sensation Ronaldinho has returned to his former club Barcelona but this time round not as a player, but as the club’s ambassador. The decorated footballer, who spent five seasons with the Spanish giants, winning two league titles, the Champions League and the Ballon d’Or, is said to have visited his former club on Friday to begin negotiations with president Josep Maria Bartomeu.

The 36-year-old star is currently a free agent after partying ways of his former club Fluminese. Spanish publication Mundo Deportivo also reports that the fan-favorite footballer will be in charge of helping the club develop and penetrate into new markets. The footballer recently shared a photo on Instagram that seemed to confirm his reunion with the Catalan club.

At Barca, Gaucho scored 91 goals and created 52 assists in 198 appearances. And by virtue of being one of the most respected footballers on the planet, it not surprising that he was chosen for the role of an ambassador.
