Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo got a taste of his own medicine on Friday during the club’s training session. The star winger, who has spent the better part of his career on the pitch nutmegging his opponents live on camera, was subjected to the same treatment by teammate Danilo during the club’s training session.
But CR7’s reaction after the nutmeg is what surprised his teammates and the media at large. The Portugal captain reacted angrily by kicking the ball towards the battery of journalists who had gathered at the club’s training ground. And as his teammate Marcelo broke into laughter, visibly congratulating Danilo for the nutmeg, frustration was evidence all over Ronaldo’s face. Immediately after the nutmeg, the ex-Man United man turned to reporters and said (as quoted by Spanish publication AS):
''Now you have something to put later, eh? Cristiano is angry. Now you have material for two days!''
