The American tactician will replace Francesco Guidolin as the Swans' manager, following a slow start of the season with four points.

Former USMNT manager Bob Bradley will continue his coaching career in Europe, after securing a deal with Swansea City earlier today.

The seasoned coach will try to steer the Swans away from the relegation zone, since the team is currently ranked 17th in the EPL standings.

Bradley beat Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs in the race to become Swansea's coach, as the team's owners considered Bradley's experience will be key to help them secure a spot in the English top flight.

Swansea's chairman, Huw Jenkins, shared his thoughts on what Bradley will bring to the team.

"He is well aware of the club’s footballing philosophy and will provide us with strong leadership qualities and a renewed belief to compete at this level. It is never easy changing managers, but we are looking at a long-term appointment and we are confident Bob can settle us down," Jenkins stated.

Bradley will become the first American coach to manage in the English Premier League.
