Borussia Monchengladbach’s English Twitter account won the internet on Wednesday when the club took an unexpected lead over Barcelona in their Champions League clash at the Borussia-Park. Belgian star Thorgan Hazard had opened the lead for the hosts in the first half following a quick counter-attack that caught the visitor’s defense napping.
But interestingly, the hosts knew that they would endure a difficult second-half, having awakened the wrath of the Catalan giants. The following tweet from Borussia M’Gladbach confirmed the club’s fears in the second half:
We're back for the second half. Hopefully we won't be needing this! #UCL #fohlenelf #BMGFCB 1-0 pic.twitter.com/bbn2hS60WE

And true to the word, by the 70th minute, Los Blaugrana were leading thanks to goals from Arda Turan and Gerard Pique. The hosts surely needed a bus in the second half.
