After only one game, Big Sam could be out of work and his dream job.

Sam Allardyce’s dream job as manager of the England national team has quickly turned into a nightmare, with the former Sunderland boss now being tipped to be sacked soon.

This is according to beIN Sports, claiming that Big Sam will be forced out of his position despite only managing the Three Lions for one game – a last-gasp 1-0 win over Slovakia in the World Cup qualifiers.

This comes after the Telegraph published a report on the 61-year-old in which he is on camera appearing to help undercover reporters posing as businessman on how to find ways around FA’s regulations on third party player ownership.

The report suggests that Allardyce used his position to work out a £400,000 deal in exchange for his insight and advices.

BeIN Sports write that the FA called Big Sam into an emergency meeting at Wembley in which senior figure claimed to be "extremely disturbed" by the controversy.

Sky Sports also revealed that the Football Association swiftly opened an investigation into Allardyce after the Telegraph report had broken out.
