Prior to their 3-1 win over League One side Northampton Town in the fifth round of the League Cup on Wednesday, Manchester United had become the laughing stock of English football after a run of three defeats in all competitions. But the Red Devils managed to bounce back with a win right on time for their next Premier League fixture against defending champions Leicester City this weekend.
The Foxes, on the other hand, were drowned by rivals Chelsea in the League Cup earlier this week, but still have quite an impressive run in the league. And with the hopes of defending their historic league title in mind, Claudio Ranieri’s men are expected to give Man Utd tough opposition this weekend.
Another big fixture is the Arsenal vs Chelsea match. The gunners are back to winning ways after a faulty start in the league, while Chelsea are also on form under new boss Antonio Conte.

Leicester City’s record signing Islam Slimani has also been trending for the better part of the week after scoring a brace last weekend in the Foxes’ 3-1 win over Burnley on his Premier League debut. He will be one of the key players to watch this weekend.
