The trio scored and assisted the first four goals from the away triumph.

If anyone remains adamant that MSN isn’t the deadliest attacking trio in football history, they need to look no further than the recent win over Leganes to be proven wrong.

On Saturday, the Blaugrana traveled to Estadio Municipal de Butarque, as they looked to bounce back from a shock 2-1 defeat at home to Deportivo Alaves last weekend.

Luis Enrique’s men took little time to run riot, as they were leading 3-0 after only 45 minutes. Lionel Messi opened the scoring after 15 minutes; Suarez doubled their lead after 31 minutes; Neymar then made the score shot shortly before the break.

However, not only did MSN combine to score the first three goals, they were also at hand for all three assists. Suarez gifted La Pulga with his first goal before the Argentine repaid the Uruguayan striker for the second. The former Liverpool forward then set up his Brazilian buddy for the third.

This means that Leo (73 goals, 36 assists), Luis (60 goals, 32 assists), and Neymar (47 goals, 20 assists) have contributed to 268 goals since 2014/15 (scored 180, assisted 88).
