We expect the Special One to get back at Le Prof for this.

With play set to resume in the English Premier League, Marca have dropped an interesting story regarding two of the league’s biggest managers: Jose Mourinho and Arsene Wenger.

The French and Portuguese bosses have been at each other’s throats in a war-of-words rivalry that dates back to 2004, with things getting physical last season.

Although it’s usually the Special One who gets the better of his rivalry, this time Le Prof made a mockery of the Manchester United boss during a recent UEFA conference.

Some of the biggest coaches in Europe gathered together for an even in Nyon, which Mourinho and Wenger attended. Jose was the last person to enter the room where Sir Alex Ferguson waited to give his speech.

According to the Spanish news outlet, the Portuguese tactician identified space “opposite Zinedine Zidane and Unai Emery” where he could sit. After inquiring whether the space was taken, Jose got this abrupt and unexpected response from Wenger:

"No, it isn't possible.”

Some attendees laughed; other turned a blind eye towards the incident.

Don’t expect the Special One to lose sleep over that incident, though, as he has got the all-important Manchester derby coming up on Saturday.
