Sergio Aguero may as well regret elbowing West Ham defender Winston Reid in City’s 3-1 win over the Hammers.

Sergio Aguero’s elbow on West Ham United defender Winston Reid was the main talking point of the thrilling Premier League match as Manchester City cruised to a 3-1 win at the Etihad Stadium. The Argentine star had been marked by the New Zealand player but he decided to get him out of the way with a nasty elbow.

Watch it below:

To make things even worse for Aguero, center referee Andre Marriner did not notice the incident and it could now be forwarded to the FA’s disciplinary board for further analysis. If found guilty of intentionally elbowing the 28-year-old, the former Atletico Madrid man could miss the Manchester Derby, and the games against Bournemouth and Swansea City.

Talking of the Manchester Derby, Man United fans are already piling pressure on the FA to suspend the lethal hitman ahead of the much-anticipated meeting with their rivals on September 10. Check out the tweets below.
