Injured and now the punch line of Arsenal trolls: the Welshman must be enjoying the time of his life.

From going blonde to sporting a silver shade with a new haircut that would grab anyone’s attention: Aaron Ramsey’s hair has received its fair share of time in the news in the last few months.

The Welshman is now sporting a new look, taking to Instagram to let the world in on – or perhaps prepare them for – his new cut. However, with the midfielder out for three weeks, it will be a while before fans get a glimpse of Ramsey.

Unfortunately for the 25-year-old, his new look racked in some hilarious jokes. As usual, Twitter was the culprit, trolling both the Euro 2016 star and his London employers after his recent Instagram post.

Arsene Wenger’s boys opened their 2016/17 English Premier League account in typical Gunners fashion, falling to a 4-3 loss at home to Liverpool. This is where Arsenal also lost Ramsey to injury.

Their second game saw the north London side play out a goalless draw with defending champions Leicester City, a result which saw the club’s very own fans boo Le Prof. This, however, is nothing new for the French manager who continues to frustrate Arsenal supports.
