What happens when you win two of the most prestigious trophies in Europe – UEFA Champions League and the European Championship – in one season? Well, Cristiano Ronaldo knows how to reward himself for the handsome work he did this year both for Real Madrid and Portugal.

The Los Blancos star was spotted showcasing his Bugatti Veyron, which goes for a whooping £1.7m. The 31-year-old bought the speedy luxurious car days after the famous European Championship victory in France. Initially, he had posted a photo of the beastly machine on Instagram and now, he has added a video of himself driving the sleek beast. The former Man United man posted a video on Instagram with the caption: ‘Coming back home’ as he appeared to be driving into his house in Madrid.

The 16.4 Grand Sport Bugatti Veyron is the highest range of the supercars made by Bugatti. One of its most fascinating facts is its ability to go from 0 to 62mph in just 2.6 seconds. 

Ronaldo owns a number of luxury vehicles, which include the Rolls Royce and Lamborghini Aventador. Other celebrities who own such super cars are boxer Floyd Mayweather and retired footballer Roberto Carlos.
