The English club has reached an agreement with their Spanish counterparts to have the Chilean goalie joining them after the Spanish Super Cup.

Pep Guardiola has finally added the last piece to his puzzle, as the Catalan boss will add Claudio Bravo's skills to guard the team's net.

Reports from Spain suggest that the Chilean goalie, who expected to become Barcelona's No.1 goalkeeper in all competitions, finally decided to leave Los Blaugranas to join the Sky Blues. Bravo wanted to play UEFA Champions League matches, but coach Luis Enrique's rotation policy gave that option to German shot-stopper Marc-André Ter Stegen.

Given that Luis Enrique wasn't ready to guarantee the No.1 spot to any of his goalkeepers, the Chilean had his agent work out a deal with Manchester City, and both parties agreed on a €16 million transfer.

Bravo's skills with his feet caught Pep's eye.

But when Bravo signs with Manchester City, there will necessarily be a goalkeeper who will need to say goodbye to the Sky Blues. Joe Hart will be the one to leave the club, with Everton being his potential destination. Nevertheless, Manchester City will not part ways definitely with the English goalie, as reports by Spanish newspaper Marca suggest he will join the Toffees on loan.
