The Frenchman was visibly happy after completing his world-record transfer to the Red Devils.

On late Monday/early Tuesday, Paul Pogba’s Manchester United return was confirmed and made official by the Red Devils themselves. After weeks of speculation, the Frenchman finally put pen to paper on a five-year deal with the 20-time English Premier League champions.

Jose Mourinho’s side agreed to pay his the player’s former employers Juventus £89m over the course of two years, with the 23-year-old holding the opportunity of extending his Old Trafford stay for a sixth season.

Speaking for the first time since rejoining the English giants, Pogba admitted to being left speechless by his return. The Frenchman also insisted he felt like he was right back at home. Watch his first words in the video below.

Speaking to Manchester United’s official website, Pogba also added: “I am delighted to rejoin United. It has always been a club with a special place in my heart and I am really looking forward to working with José Mourinho. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Juventus and have some fantastic memories of a great club with players that I count as friends. But I feel the time is right to go back to Old Trafford.”

Pogba arrives at the Theatre of Dreams after four successful seasons with the Old Lady. The Serie A champions bid farewell to the star midfielder, whilst the player also paid tribute to the Bianconeri via Instagram.
