Jose Mourinho is not in the Premier League to make friends.

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has criticised his counterparts Jurgen Klopp and Arsene Wenger over their comments regarding Paul Pogba’s transfer from Juventus to Man Utd this summer. The outspoken tactician had been criticised by the Liverpool and Arsenal bosses over his intentions to sign the highly-rated midfielder for a world-record transfer fee of £120 million.

In his press conference on Friday, the Portuguese admitted that the club was looking for a ‘very good’ midfielder, with all fingers pointing at Pogba. The former Man Utd man left the club back in 2013 during Sir Alex Ferguson’s reign, and established his footballing career at Juventus to become one of the most sought-after and expensive talents in the world of football. Despite his hefty price tag, the Red Devils are still willing to re-sign him. Mourinho said:

"We have 22 players now.  We will have 23.

"He (Pogba) is a Juve player until officially he isn't. The market closes on 31 August. We are trying to everything to close market as quickly as possible, before 14 August."

When asked about Klopp’s and Wenger’s views on Pogba’s signing, the former Chelsea boss replied:

"I heard already two of my colleagues from other clubs speaking about us.

"I do not like that. It is not ethical. They are things that when I do are not ethical. When others do it, everything is normal."
