Paul Pogba to Manchester United is a done deal, but one factor stands between the club and the microphone.

Manchester United are said to have reached an agreement with Juventus and Pogba over the £105 million move to Old Trafford this summer. Late last week, French publication L’Equipe announced that Pogba had agreed to join his former club, but the Red Devils are yet to make a public announcement about it because of one main reason.

According to Spanish outlet Don Balon, the English giants have not announced Pogba’s move due to a stand-off between the club and the player’s agent, Mino Raiola. The famous agent is reportedly demanding £20 million as his personal settlement by virtue of being the player’s representative.

Raiola is believed to be entitled to earn 20% of the deal, but the Red Devils are unwilling to offer him that amount. The club’s executives have insisted that Juventus are also required to pay part of the amount but the Serie A defending champions are not willing to chip in.

Further reports in England suggest that the deal could be announced as soon as Wednesday this week. If the two parties reach an agreement, then the 23-year-old will become the most expensive player in history.
