4-1. That was the scoreline in favor of the second-best team in Germany Borussia Dortmund after the final whistle. The German giants thumped Jose Mourinho's Manchester United in the International Cup in China thanks to goals from Gonzalo Castro, reigning African Player of the Year Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Ligue 1 Young Player of the Year 2015/16 Ousmane Dembele.
Manchester United came into this match oozing with confidence despite lacking some of their key players such as Wayne Rooney, Anthony Martial and new signing Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Memphis Depay and Jesse Lingard both started up front in the hunt for goals but wasted numerous chances before being substituted by the ex-Chelsea boss.
This was Mourinho's second match as Man United manager. He cruised to an easy win over Wigan last weekend, but his side was no match against the Signal Iduna Park outfit in China. The Portuguese tactician is now expected to make a number of changes in his squad as they prepare to face rivals Manchester City in their next fixture in the tournament.

Quite understandably, the hashtag #MourinhoOut started trending on Twitter moments after the final whistle as rival fans trolled the 54-year-old boss for the defeat. The outspoken manager is well-known for his bravado but on Friday, he had no other choice than eating humble pie. Is the 4-1 result an indication of what to expect under his reign at Old Trafford, or could this mark the begining of better things to come? Well, only time will tell but for now, let's head straight to some of the best #MourinhoOUT tweets:
